Cédric started his career in 2010 at the late Hamburg-Mannheimer (ERGO Insurance) where, in 7 years, he grew into a sales director in a B2C market.
In 2017, he founded Meet Roger, an HR tech scale-up that has since helped companies in more than 25 countries streamline their internal business communications. Here the focus was only on the B2B market.
The knowledge of HMI until 2016 and the experience of leading a technology startup until 2021 took him to the next level.
"From practice, I learned to draw my plan around everything in the field of marketing and sales and applied daily to generate more sales. The pattern is very clear and has everything to do with interpersonal yet digital relationships.
Therefore, it was a logical next step that I went on to passionately help small and medium-sized businesses with their digital and communication flows to grow sales."

As founder and Chief Revenue Officer, Cédric has grown Meet Roger from a local start-up to an international scale-up, operating in 25 countries. Before founding Meet Roger, he was a sales director in a B2C financial environment, where he was responsible for 45 representatives and managed a portfolio of around 10,000 customers. He combined his B2C and B2B sales knowledge and developed a unique, people-centric strategic sales approach, inspiring and inspiring individuals, teams and companies.
